A quality control then follows to ensure your watch meets our standards. If a service is recommended to guarantee proper functioning, you will be informed and remain free to decide. This step ensures that every watch listed on The Watch Keepers is fully functional and covered by our 2‑year warranty.

The aesthetic condition of the dial, case, and bracelet is then graded. Our Expert Watch Keepers take over to create high‑resolution imagery and prepare a detailed listing. Once everything is ready, we will reach out to you so you can move forward with confidence.

Alternatively, you may open your watch to competitive bidding and let buyers define its value. You choose the start date, time, and duration of the bidding window, up to 14 days, with the option to set a reserve price for added reassurance.
